We operate as a vendor listing and booking platform where each vendor has a profile, portfolio, pricing details, and reviews. Customers can browse by category, search by location, compare vendors, and book directly on the platform. The platform will support three vendor tiers (Basic, Featured, Premium), giving higher visibility to top vendors through promoted listings, featured sections, and priority search ranking. Cynora NG also includes an escrow-style deposit system, where customers can pay a deposit to secure a vendor, and the balance is completed after service fulfillment. Our objective is to build a modern, reliable, visually appealing marketplace that simplifies vendor discovery, improves trust, and helps event vendors grow their businesses while giving customers a smooth booking experience.
